Ihor Petrenko, a political scientist and expert at United Ukraine, stated this during a special broadcast on the We are Ukraine TV channel.
Speaking about the results of the Forum on Economic Stability and Reconstruction of Ukraine held in Paris, the expert emphasized that Ukraine's partners have agreed to allocate significant funds for assistance to Ukraine and are placing them in the budgets for the next year.
"Let's also not forget about the huge amount of Russian funds frozen around the globe. Let's talk about the mechanisms that will allow us to use this money, even if the Russian Federation does not agree to pay reparations. And these are specific projects with specific foreign companies that will be able to use these funds," Ihor Petrenko added.
